The short answer
Both are 4 oz (113 g) handcrafted bars at $14.99. The difference is scent and how your skin behaves.
- Oat Milk + Honey — creamy, lightly sweet, with oatmeal texture. Labelled moisturizing, gentle exfoliation for sensitive skin. The safer first choice.
- Charcoal — black bar, sharp peppermint and tea tree. Bright and cold rather than sweet.
Pick Oat Milk + Honey if
- Your skin feels tight or itchy after washing
- You prefer warm, sweet, low-key scents
- You want light exfoliation you barely notice
- You are buying your first handmade bar and are not sure
What is in it: saponified olive, organic palm, organic coconut and organic shea; goat milk; oatmeal; honey; fragrance.
Worth knowing: it contains goat milk and fragrance. If you avoid either, this is not your bar.
Pick Charcoal if
- Your skin handles essential oils without complaint
- You want something sharp and cold rather than sweet
- You like the look of a black bar
- You want a face-and-body bar
What is in it: saponified organic palm, organic coconut, organic sunflower and organic extra virgin olive; peppermint essential oil; tea tree essential oil; activated charcoal.
Worth knowing: tea tree and peppermint are the two most common irritants in natural soap. If you have reacted to either, choose the other bar.
What the charcoal is and is not doing
Activated charcoal makes the bar black and is part of the formulation. It does not detox your skin, and it does not pull dirt out of pores. A bar is on your skin for seconds. If you came for an acne treatment, neither of these is one — that is a pharmacist or clinician conversation.
More on that: what activated charcoal actually does in a bar.

Still undecided?
Start with Oat Milk + Honey. It is the gentler of the two and the harder one to dislike. If it suits you and you want something with more bite, Charcoal is the next one to try.
Buying one before three is the sensible move either way — scent is personal, and nobody can pick it for you.
