What is “Crystal Water”?

Crystal Water is our clean, low-TDS, polished water—built to be crisp and easy to drink all day. We strip away what muddies flavor, then finish for freshness and safety without adding sugars, dyes, or gimmicks.

The Aeratelle™ Process

1) RO — Reverse Osmosis (Deep Clean)

Drives water through a membrane that rejects salts, metals, microplastics, and off-tastes. Produces a clean canvas with very low TDS.

2) DO — Oxygenation (Fresh Lift)

Re-oxygenates post-RO water to restore brightness and lively mouthfeel so it never tastes flat.

3) CF — Carbon Polishing (Flavor Tune)

Granular activated carbon smooths trace organics and refines the finish for a neutral, crisp profile.

4) UV — Ultraviolet Finish (Confidence)

UV-C treatment provides a non-chemical safety step that preserves the taste you love.

5) Cold Circulation — 50–55 °F

Crystal Water is constantly moving and chilled between 50–55 °F to maintain freshness and help prevent microbial growth, while keeping flavor razor-sharp.

FAQ

Does low TDS mean “no minerals”?

It means very few dissolved solids. If you want added electrolytes, start with this clean base and add them intentionally.

Is higher pH always better?

Not necessarily. pH is one attribute among many. We optimize for taste, clarity, and consistency; pH naturally shifts with temperature and CO₂ exposure.

How long does it stay fresh?

Keep sealed and refrigerated. Our cold, circulating holding keeps quality high; once opened, enjoy within a few days for peak crispness.
