We carry the hydration powder in four flavours:
- Hydravive (Lemonade) — $34.99
- PassionWell (Passion Fruit) — $34.99
- Peach Mango
- Lychee
They share one Supplement Facts panel. Identical minerals, identical B vitamins, identical 10 calories, identical 30 servings. The only difference is flavour and the colouring agent. Buy whichever you will actually drink.
The panel, once, for all four
Per 1 scoop (5.4 g), 30 servings per container:
| Nutrient | Amount | % DV |
|---|---|---|
| Calories | 10 | — |
| Total carbohydrates | 2 g | <1% |
| Sodium (sodium citrate) | 100 mg | 4% |
| Potassium (potassium citrate) | 200 mg | 4% |
| Calcium (calcium citrate) | 40 mg | 3% |
| Magnesium (magnesium citrate) | 20 mg | 5% |
| Thiamin · Riboflavin · Niacin · B6 · Folate · B12 · Pantothenic acid | each at | 33% |
Other ingredients: polydextrose, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, sucralose, calcium silicate, and a colouring agent (beta carotene in the lemonade and passion fruit).
The one number that decides whether this category is right for you
100 mg of sodium per scoop is at the low end for an electrolyte product. Across the category, servings range from around 100 mg to well over 1,000 mg.
So:
- Good fit: everyday activity, a gym session, a long shift on your feet, or simply wanting water to taste like something so you drink more of it.
- Poor fit: heavy prolonged sweating — endurance events, outdoor work in high heat. You want a high-sodium product for that, and this is not one.
The full reasoning is in the Hydravive article, and it applies to all four flavours.
Mixing — the mistake people make
One scoop into 14–20 fl oz of water. That is a wide range and it is where the flavour lives: mixed at 14 oz it is noticeably strong, at 20 oz it is light. If your first glass tastes too sharp, add water rather than giving up on it.
Two scoops go into 28–40 fl oz. Do not exceed five scoops in 24 hours.
Worth knowing before you buy
- Sucralose in all four. If you avoid artificial sweeteners, this whole category is out.
- No caffeine in any of them. If you want caffeine, that is Energy Powder.
- Every mineral is a citrate — chosen for solubility and stomach comfort.
- Every B vitamin is at exactly 33% DV, deliberately a third of a day's worth so it does not compete with a multivitamin.
- Consume within 90 days of opening. Sold by weight, so the container will look under-filled. That is settling, not short measure.
Who should check first
Added sodium and potassium are a medical question, not a preference, if you have kidney disease, heart failure or high blood pressure, or take a diuretic or potassium-sparing medication. Ask your doctor before making any electrolyte powder a daily habit.
Also consult a physician if pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. Manufactured in a facility that also produces milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame.
What they claim
Helps maintain muscle function and helps support physical endurance.* The label explicitly does not establish guaranteed energy, focus, stamina or performance outcomes — that wording is on our own product pages, and it is the right level.
