I used to think all water was the same. If I didn’t like the taste of tap, I’d grab a plastic bottle from the store. Over time I noticed the problems: the chlorine edge, the pile of empty bottles, and the feeling that “clean water” wasn’t always as pure as it claimed.

So I began experimenting. I ran water through charcoal to strip away the off-notes. I added gentle aeration and let the water breathe for 24–48 hours until it tasted alive again. I stored it in a sealed reservoir to keep it fresh without plastic waste. What started as a home experiment became a ritual. That ritual became Aeratelle™ Water — water made with care, not just convenience.
