Who founded NutraWell Solutions?
NutraWell Solutions was founded in 2023 by Chester (Chess) Taylor-Gray, a Certified Pharmacy Technician (ExCPT) who worked as a Pharmacy Technician III at Emory University Hospital from 2021 to 2025. The company, NutraWell Solutions LLC, was originally named RxScriptReviews LLC. Chester is not a pharmacist, and the site shares label facts, not medical advice. Read our story and about us.
How long does a 4 oz soap bar last?

Will a soap bar irritate my skin?
We cannot promise how any product will suit your skin. Every soap page lists every ingredient, including fragrance and essential oils, so you can check it against anything you know bothers you. Stop using a product if irritation occurs, and ask your healthcare professional if you are unsure.
Are your supplements safe for me to take?
Read the Supplement Facts, directions and warnings on the product page before you buy. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk with a qualified healthcare professional first. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
What does NutraWell Solutions sell?
NutraWell offers supplements, protein powders, hydration powders, skin and hair care, SoftWell soap bars, gift cards and curated bundles. Shop by goal or browse the catalog.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, select Checkout, enter your shipping address, choose a payment method and confirm. The final shipping charge is shown before you pay.
How much is U.S. shipping?
U.S. orders above $100 qualify for free shipping. Otherwise the flat shipping rate is $4.95. Review the final charge at checkout before payment.
When will my order arrive?
Orders process in 1–3 business days; delivery is typically 5–8 business days. These are estimates. Use your shipping confirmation and tracking information to follow your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you receive tracking information by email.
What payment methods can I use?
The payment methods shown at checkout, which can include major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?
We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellation is not always possible. If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address or help. Email info@nutrawellsolutions.com right away with your order number.
What is the return policy?
Return requests must be made within 14 days after receiving an item. Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition received, with proof of purchase. Sale items, discounted bundles and gift cards are not returnable. Contact us before sending an item back and review the complete Refund Policy.
What if my order is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact info@nutrawellsolutions.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and help.
Where can I find ingredients and directions?
Open the individual product page to review its ingredient list or Supplement Facts, serving size, directions and warnings. Read the actual label before use. Bundle pages identify the included products; each product retains its own directions.
How do I choose a SoftWell soap?
Use our SoftWell soap comparison guide to compare scent, ingredients, texture and bar sizes. The Oat Milk + Honey bar's current ingredient list contains goat milk and oatmeal; it also contains fragrance.
How do I compare protein powders?
Our protein powder guide compares PlantFuel, Pure3 and Advanced Whey by source, protein grams, calories and serving size. Whey options contain milk.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards can be redeemed at checkout. Gift cards are not returnable.
Is my payment information secure?
